01Program commitment

A roster spot is a commitment to preparation, attendance, communication and the team. Families should evaluate the full practice and competition calendar before accepting a position.

Final attendance standards and excused-absence procedures will be published before roster acceptance.
02Practice information

Practice details will identify date, arrival time, start time, end time, facility and required equipment. Athletes should arrive early enough to be dressed and ready at the stated start.

Team-specific locations are shared through the confirmed family communication channel.
03Tournament and travel

Families receive the known competition window, location, expected game count, travel responsibility and lodging requirement before each event. Schedule changes remain possible in tournament play.

Never make nonrefundable travel purchases until the program confirms the event.
04Fees and expenses

Team Infinity will publish what each fee covers, the payment schedule, refund rules and likely costs not included. No athlete should accept a roster spot without a guardian understanding the commitment.

Exact fees are intentionally not listed until the season budget is approved.
05Playing-time philosophy

Playing time is not automatically equal. Opportunities are affected by preparation, effort, execution, team impact, behavior, opponent, lineup needs and game context. Every athlete will be coached; roles and minutes may differ.

Coaches discuss development and role clarity—not minutes immediately before, during or after a game.
06Communication policy

Routine questions belong in the designated family channel. Athlete safety or urgent logistics should be communicated immediately. Concerns about role or development should begin with the athlete speaking to the coach when age-appropriate.

A 24-hour cooling period applies to non-urgent game-related concerns.
07Coach expectations

Coaches will be prepared, teach clearly, correct honestly, protect athlete dignity, communicate schedule changes and make basketball decisions in the interest of the team and long-term development.

Accountability must be direct without becoming demeaning.
08Parent expectations

Parents support the full team, respect coaches and officials, avoid sideline coaching, model composure, keep communication constructive and help athletes take responsibility for their own preparation.

The ride home should not become a second postgame coaching session.
09Code of conduct

Disrespect, threats, harassment, fighting, discriminatory language, repeated disruption or conduct that harms athletes or the program may result in removal from an event or the program.

A complete conduct and discipline process will accompany registration.
10Minor privacy and consent

Athlete profiles, photos, video, statistics and stories require parent or guardian consent. Public profiles should use only necessary basketball information and never expose addresses, birth dates, private contact details or school schedules.

Families may decline optional promotional use without affecting basketball evaluation.
SUPPORT THE ATHLETE. RESPECT THE TEAM. PROTECT THE STANDARD.
